1. Return Policy
- Eligibility for Return: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Items returned must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. Items on sale may not be eligible for returns or refunds, and this will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Return Process:(a) Cotact our Customer Support Team to initiate a return request. Include your full name, order number, and email address for quicker processing.(b) You are responsible shipping costs when returning the item(s). We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe return delivery, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.(c) Returns must be shipped back to our designated U.S. warehouse: 2110 S. - Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Unclaimed or Incorrect Address Returns: Orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information will not have their shipping fees refunded. If you wish to have the order reshipped to the correct address, additional shipping charges will apply.
2. Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility:- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days after the returned product arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a refund or replacement. – Allergic Reactions: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns for allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions caused by our products.
– Lost Packages: We do not provide compensation for lost shipments unless the courier confirms a delivery error. Proof of delivery issues will be required. - Non-Refundable Situations: – Custom Issues: The recipient is fully responsible for any customs taxes, import duties, or fees incurred during the import process. If a package is refused by customs and returned to us, we will not issue a refund. However, you may request re-shipment by paying the shipping costs again.- Hazardous Goods: Ensure that the products you order comply with your country’s customs regulations. We are not responsible for any issues related to hazardous product restrictions or customs refusals.
3. Customs and Import Fees
- Taxes and Duties: If your order is shipped internationally, you may be responsible for additional customs duties, import taxes, or related fees. These fees are not covered by Holika Holika and are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Customs Clearance Delays: Delays due to customs processing are outside of our control. Please check with your local customs office for any questions or concerns regarding your order.
