1. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer standard shipping within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO), or P.O. boxes at this time.

  • Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after the order has been shipped.
  • Shipping fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of your order.

2. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you globally in the near future!

3. Delivery Issues

  • Missing packages: If your package has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate and either reship your order or issue a refund.
  • Incorrect address: Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information are not eligible for a refund of shipping fees. We are happy to reship your order, but additional shipping charges will apply.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team immediately. To resolve the issue quickly, provide your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s), and the shipping box.

5. Customs and Import Regulations

The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be refunded or reimbursed by HOLIKA HOLIKA. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
